![]() Themis Files are told in interviews, transcripts, journal entries and news articles, and the audiobook has a full cast of voices that truly bring this story to life. But you don’t like sci-fi, you say? These books might change your mind what you think about the genre – if you’re even the least bit curious, give them a shot. ![]() But the difference is, while The Illuminae Files are considered young adult, Themis Files are not. I saw Sleeping Giants recommended on Twitter after I had read The Illuminae Files by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff, which is similar in the sci-fi/space/format of the story. If you’ve never listened to an audiobook, I beg you to lose your audiobook virginity to Sleeping Giants. This will be a double-header review, but no spoilers! But with the final book of the trilogy ( Only Human) coming out on May 1 st, there’s no better time then the present to share my review and thoughts on Themis Files – aka Sleeping Giants (Themis Files #1) and Waking Gods (Themis #2). ![]() This is a review I’ve wanted to write since we started this blog seven or so months ago. ![]()
